Vibrant Voices: Advancing Progress Through Visibility

As we close out AAPI Heritage Month, Razorfish Health (RFH) is proud to debut “Vibrant Voices,” a series that aims to uplift underrepresented voices and curate spaces where individuals can have open and honest discussions around identity, representation, and equality.

In our inaugural installment, “Advancing Progress Through Visibility,” Jessalin Lam, VP, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Digitas Health, and Paula Cuerquis, Manager, Growth at Razorfish Health, team up to dissect challenges and solutions around AAPI visibility in service of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

Catch their conversation below to hear Jessalin and Paula unpack damaging stereotypes, share their experience as Asian women in advertising, and illuminate how we can all be more effective allies to the AAPI community.

Vibrant Voices is intended to uplift underrepresented voices and curate spaces where individuals can have open and honest discussions around identity, representation, and equality.

If you are interested in joining the RFH team, check out our open roles. We know you are not your resume; we understand you are not your work, and we respect that you are so much more than a job description. You are you. So come be you—and do you—with us.
